SUPERVISION FOR LPC-ASSOCIATES

I provide weekly supervision for LPC-Associates working towards full licensure. During our work together, I not only focus on supporting your development as a clinician — but more importantly, I want to help you cultivate your own unique point of view, learn to navigate feelings of imposter syndrome when working with clients, and encourage you to let your authentic personality shine through in your role as a therapist.

My experience as a therapist has been in private practice with adult individuals who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, depression, life transitions, existential crises, and relationship struggles.

The therapy modalities I use are Mindfulness-Based, Compassion Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and I also have expertise in using the Enneagram as a therapeutic tool.

My style as a supervisor is down-to-earth, non-judgmental, warm, encouraging, insightful, and collaborative. I have a sense of humor about things, so you can expect an appropriate amount of light-heartedness in our sessions, with lots of permission given for us to laugh at the absurdity of life and the rollercoaster ride of becoming a therapist.

What I look for in a supervisee is someone interested in their own personal growth alongside their clinical growth, curiosity and an eagerness to learn, an interest in utilizing mindfulness and self-compassion skills with their clients, and a desire to engage fully with supervision as an experience rather than just a requirement for licensure.

If you think we could be a good fit to work together, please email me at callye@mindfulaustintherapy.com so we can set up a consultation call to learn more about each other and discuss the supervision process.
